Labor Pains--Original fiction on Hyperspace Posted By Adrick on April 10, 2008
Things are looking up over at Hyperspace, the subscription-only section of the official Star Wars website. After months without original Expanded Universe content, the very first original Hyperspace short story has appeared. It's called Labor Pains, and Hyperspace subscribers can check it out here.
This story is set between Knights of the Old Republic issues 12 and 13, and features several characters from that series. It's one of only a handful of prose stories in an era dominated by comics and video games. The author is Knight's own John Jackson Miller, and it's even illustrated by fan favorite Pablo Hidalgo. Let's make sure the folks over at Hyperspace know that this is exactly what we'd like to see more of!
